The health benefits alone keep people coming back to my studio. Daily practice increase flexibility, muscle strength and tone, improve respiration, energy and vitality. It maintain a balanced metabolism and weight reduction. It has cardio and circulatory health benefits. It improve athletic performance and protection from injury.
I can truly say that since I've been practicing yoga that I feel in better shape now, than I was in my 20s and 30s.
