We all have to start somewhere at some time in your life. Yoga helped me to love and get in touch with my body. I grew up always feeling self-conscious about my body. I hated my body. Since I've been practicing yoga, I had an increase in strength and durability. Therefor, doing yoga on a regular basis will really get you to be much more in tune with your body and know when something is really working and when it isn't.
